Motel, buying a home, storage.

Summary

  • Motel room: $40 a day, 1–7 days paid in advance
  • Room storage: up to 10kg
  • Stored items collectable for 3 days after the rental ends
  • Home: weekly property tax from 7 days after purchase

Motel

  1. E at the motel desk.
  2. Choose 1–7 days and pay by cash or bank. $40 a day.
  3. Store items in your room’s storage. Up to 10kg.
  4. Extend at the desk. Auto-extend charges $40 every day (off by default).

Warning

When the rental ends, you must leave the room. Collect stored items at the desk within 3 days; after that they are deleted.

Buying a home

  • Details and price: /pmenu in front of a building for sale.
  • Enter /enter, exit /exit, lock /propertylock.
  • Storage /pinv, furniture /furniture.
  • Share a key /givepropertykey ID. Your buildings /myhouse.

Property tax is deducted from the bank. After 3 unpaid weeks, selling the building and changing its rent are locked.
